This high quality Italian Syrah comes from Tuscany. It a organic wine. Mouth dry , full-bodied and tannic. Red fruit aromas.
Syrah has probably Persian origin or Syracuse is now considered an international variety present in France, in America and Australia. Syrah grapes grow in a perfect natural environment along the Tuscany seaside coast. The bunches are small and spread.
With the features of the terrain and weather environment of Tuscany, the wine produced is red. Mouth dry, full-bodied and tannic. The aromas of red fruits dominate the glass.
Syrah grapes, harvested late, are macerated cold for two days, then return to room temperature, it is made from the fermentation of yeast cellar. The skins are left in the must still for a week and then drawn off .
The wine is aged in barrels in purity for 2 months and then in bottle for 10 months.

All labels are red handwritten, one at a time. They are all numbered.
Why this choice?
All the work is done by hand , from growing in the vineyard, the grape harvest, the winery cellar, bottling. Everything is hand made, this gives each bottle of wine a unique history.
So we decided to leave our signature, our message that no one else will. Each bottle of wine is unique, both in content and in the package!
