70 % of Sangiovese Grape and 30% of Syrah grape.
The wine making is follow a strict organic rule and it occurs in a separate way to meet the timing of maturation that are different for each variety. Then are mixed and allowed to stand in the cellar for ten months.
This type of wine is ideal to accompany the good international meals.
